Mercers Offshore

Mercers Offshore is a ship brokerage established for the offshore energy industry. It was founded by Peter Döring in 2009. Peter brings seven years marine experience to this new venture, having worked as Commercial Manager in Africa for one of the leading offshore vessel owners, Swire Pacific Offshore. Prior to this Peter was employed as a new building broker at Clarksons.
