AMITLAW in collaboration with Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, UK, a leading global centre of excellence for professional development, as well as accredited for providing education and training in shipping, organized a workshop on INCOTERMS 2010 for stakeholders in the Manufacturing as well as Shipping Industries with the aim of providing an easy understanding to the contractual implications of the International trade terms that are in daily use, but most often misinterpreted. Workshop on INCOTERMS 2010AMITLAW in partnership with LLOYD’S Maritime Academy has put together a workshop on INCOTERMS 2010 under the theme “Understand the changes to INCOTERMS for 2010 and their application to the commodities sector” to introduce important changes to the current INCOTERMS that will apply from January 2011. Workshop on Maritime FinanceAMITLAW in collaboration with Lloyds Maritime Academy and Watson, Farley and Williams, a law firm in London, organized a workshop on maritime and ship finance for stakeholders in the financial as well as oil and gas industries with the aim of educating participants on the knowledge and skills needed to provide finance for downstream and midstream commercial activities. |
