STANLEY R.K AHORLU
is the Founder and Principal Partner of Amitlaw. Born in March 1966 in Ghana, he was admitted to the New York State Bar as Attorney and Counsellor at Law in February 2001. He holds a B.A (Hons) Degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana; a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, California as well as an LL.M in International Trade and Maritime Law from Southampton University, U.K. He is a member of the American Bar, New York State Bar and Ghana Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the International Trade Court in New York, the U.S Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court of Ghana. Besides Law, his interests include politics and education.

NII LARYEA ASHIA
is a Junior Associate at Amitlaw. Born in 1974, he worked in the Parliament of Ghana after his degree course in Sociology. Between 2004 and 2007, he furthered his education in the U.K where he did a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL), the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and later studied for the LLM (Maritime Law) at Southampton University specializing in Admiralty, Carriage of Goods by Sea and Marine Insurance.

IBRAHIM K FYNN
is a ship broker at Amitlaw.  He holds an MSc in International Logistics and Shipping Management.  He is a member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, Chartered Institute of Transport UK and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.  He worked as Procurement and shipping Manager at Echo Cargo & Shipping in Dubai.  His interests include football, fitness and reading novels.


FRANCIS AGBO
is a Research Assistant at Amitlaw. Born in January 1969, he holds a BSc. (Hons) Degree and a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast, an MSc from Utrecht University (The Netherlands).  He worked as an environmentalist at Ground Engineering (U.K).


JUSTICE YAW ASARE
is a Research Assistant at Amitlaw.  Born in July 1983, he holds a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Ports and Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime University in Ghana.  He obtained a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange and has been with AMITLAW since 2006.

The firm also works together with a competent support staff comprising of legal clerks and an Administrative Secretary. When the need arises, the firm has an array of affilate law firms and associate lawyers with whom it works together to acheive the objectives of our clients at no additional cost.
